Dorset-Based Website Development Since 2015
Every great website or app starts with understanding the project. Since 2015, I've helped businesses work out exactly what they need, agreed clear deliverables and built it properly, from websites and online shops to bespoke web apps and custom integrations.
It Starts With Understanding Your Project
Before writing a single line of code, I take the time to understand your business, your customers, and your objectives. Over a cup of coffee and genuine conversation — never with AI — I discuss your goals, your audience, how the website or app should function, and what challenges you are currently facing. This approach ensures the solution I deliver is tailored precisely to your needs, not just the fastest option.

Clear Requirements and Deliverables, Agreed Before We Build
Once I understand what you need, I put it in writing: the requirements, the features, the deliverables and the timescales. You know exactly what you're getting and when, so there are no surprises, no scope creep and no unexpected costs halfway through. If the project changes along the way, we agree it together before anything is built.

From Websites to Web Apps: Bespoke Development & Integrations
Whether you need a business website, an online shop or a fully bespoke web application, I choose the right tool for the job, whether that's WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or a custom build. I also integrate your project with the systems you already use, such as payment gateways, CRM and accounting software, stock systems and third-party APIs, so everything works together and saves you time.

Front-End Templates for MACE ERP Websites
MACE is an ERP system used by builders' merchants and wholesale companies across the UK. I work closely with the MACE team to build front-end templates that integrate directly with the system, including Elements. The result is a modern, professional front end that makes your business look better online and is easier for your customers to use, while MACE keeps running everything behind the scenes.

Questions I Get Asked...
How do you start a website or app project?
Every project starts with a conversation. I ask about your business, your goals, your customers and what you need the website or app to do. From there, I put together a clear proposal covering the requirements, deliverables, timescales and cost, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
What do I need to provide before we start?
Just a clear idea of what you want to achieve. It helps if you can tell me who the website or app is for, what it needs to do and any systems it needs to connect to. If you're not sure yet, that's fine. Working out the requirements together is part of what I do.
What will I receive at the end of the project?
Your deliverables are agreed and written down at the start, so there's no guesswork. Depending on the project, they could include designs, the finished website or application, integrations with your other systems, testing, training on how to use it and ongoing support after launch.
Can you build a web app as well as a website?
Yes. As well as business websites and online shops, I build bespoke web applications and custom functionality when an off-the-shelf solution can't do what you need. I'll design it around how your business actually works, using the right technology for the project.
What can you integrate with my website or app?
I can connect your project to the systems you already use, including payment gateways, CRM and email marketing tools, accounting software, stock and order management systems and third-party APIs. This saves you re-entering data by hand and keeps everything up to date automatically.
What is MACE ERP and how do you work with it?
MACE is an ERP system used by builders' merchants and wholesale companies. I work closely with the MACE team to design and build front-end templates that integrate with it, including Elements, giving your business a more modern, professional look online. If you use MACE, get in touch to talk about your project.
How much does website or app development cost?
The cost depends on the size of the project, the features you need and any integrations involved. Once I understand your requirements, I give you a clear, no-obligation quote with no hidden costs. Get in touch to talk through what you need.
Do you offer support and maintenance after launch?
Yes. I offer ongoing support, updates and maintenance, so your website or app stays secure, up to date and working properly. You'll always have a direct point of contact when you need help or want to make changes.
